Terms of use

The Service lets you search for wines, scan bottles, keep a personal cellar and tasting notes, and ask an AI sommelier. It is currently free. We may add, change or end features without notice.

You must be 20 or older to use the Service. Please drink responsibly. The Service does not sell alcohol.

• The app creates an account for you that works without signing in. Until you sign in, its data is tied to your device and can be lost if you delete the app or change devices.
• Keep the account you sign in with (Apple, Google, LINE or your email address) secure.
• Use one account per person, and give accurate information.
• Accounts that never signed in and never added a bottle are deleted 90 days after they were created.

• You keep the rights to what you record, such as your notes.
• You allow us to store and process it as far as needed to provide the Service, including the AI processing described in the privacy policy.
• Wines you add, and the barcodes and label signatures you confirm, become part of the shared wine catalog. You give us a free, non-exclusive and perpetual licence to offer them to other users as part of the catalog. The catalog contains nothing that identifies you.
• Don't add content that infringes anyone else's rights.

Results from AI features (label reading, wine details, the AI sommelier) can be wrong. Check details such as the wine's name, vintage, price, drinking window, ingredients and allergens on the bottle's label. AI results are not medical or other professional advice.

AI features have daily usage limits, which we may change to keep the Service running reliably.

• Break the law or act against public order and morals
• Harm the Service or other users, or interfere with running the Service
• Access the Service or collect its data in bulk by automated means, or get around usage limits
• Analyse, modify or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it
• Knowingly add false information to the shared catalog
• Pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's account

• If you break these terms, we may suspend your use of the Service or delete your account without notice.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Account.

We may change these terms when needed. We'll publish the changes and the date they take effect on this page, and tell you about important changes in the app. For important changes we may ask you to agree again in the app.

• We don't guarantee that the Service is free of factual or legal defects.
• We are not liable for damage you suffer from using the Service, except where it is caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where damage is caused by our ordinary negligence, we are liable only for direct damage that would normally arise.
• Where the Consumer Contract Act or other law doesn't allow these limits, that law applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance over disputes about the Service.
